The Institute of Mathematics of the University of the Philippines Diliman will host the 2009 CIMPA-UNESCO-PHILIPPINES Research School on Semidefinite Programming in Algebraic Combinatorics on July 20-31, 2009.
This school is intended for graduate students, young PhDs and researchers, who are working on algebraic combinatorics and related topics. A master’s degree in mathematics or theoretical computer science and some background in algebraic combinatorics and optimization are prerequisites for the school.
Lecturers are experts from France, Japan, the Netherlands and the USA.
